Peter Keuls is the leader of Aon’s Performance Consulting Practice as well as Global Head of Wealth Management Consulting. He brings over 25 years of wealth management and financial services experience to his clients.
Peter has advised leading wealth management firms globally on performance optimization through sales effectiveness, productivity improvement, cost reduction, branch distribution effectiveness, and compensation design. He has worked on performance improvement and compensation issues for a range of firms including UBS, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Citibank Private Bank, Bank of America, Northern Trust, JP Morgan Private Bank, Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, and Barclays Wealth.
