With the seismic ($30 trillion) wealth transfer underway, women and millennials will be the new target clients for many firms. The appetite for digital communications and platforms has been well-established in these two cohorts. Wealth is being created at a much younger age than ever before as well.
What can firms do to prepare themselves (both internally and externally) to evolve their offerings to fit a global, mobile, HNW client?
